much in the same way doing an all-day tv show season marathon takes it out of you, so too does sitting on your ass all day.

for one, staring at a monitor for extended periods is physically exhausting on your eyes. second, you’re using your brain all day long, which makes your day mentally exhausting.

you should make it a habit to take frequent breaks; look at something other than the glow of a monitor for a while; get up off your ass and do something really physical, put up an iron gym in the office if you have to (you work in tech, right? which means you’re surrounded by dudes, yes? they’d appreciate access to an iron gym)

@Richard – Um, holy shit. I’ve only used the thing once. I was happy enough that it even posted successfully and didn’t turn out looking shitty like when you email your posts. Hold please, while I start up the app to answer your questions.

Can edit old posts
Can insert media, but only at the beginnings of posts. I think.
Can view, approve, and reply to comments

So it’s pretty good as far as functionality goes. The only thing that is going to prevent me creating posts from this app is the fact that typing entire blog posts from my mobile phone on a regular basis SOUNDS LIKE A BITCH.

re: the WordPress app, what’s your inital review? Is it for new posts only? Can you insert images and videos?will it let you edit existing post? Most importantly, does it let you view or make comments on post?

I’ve been trying to find a good way to manage my own blog from the road, and I still haven’t found a way that isn’t cumbersome.
